A small, private 10-week program

Lean10

10 weeks. Better habits. Better health.

Lean10 is a small private 10-week program for people who want to lose weight by building better habits. The goal isn't to follow another strict diet — it's to build routines that still exist after the 10 weeks are over. If we succeed, we'll feel healthier, fitter and more confident, and losing weight will simply be a natural result.

What is Lean10?

We keep each other accountable. Nobody disappears after two weeks.

Better Habits

The Goal

After 10 weeks you shouldn't only weigh less. You should feel healthier. More energetic. More confident.

And most importantly: you should have built habits that stay with you long after Lean10 is over.

After the 10 weeks we'll get together, have a drink, look back at everyone's progress and celebrate what we've achieved.

And yes — anyone who reaches their personal goal won't be going home empty-handed.
